February is Raynaud’s Awareness Month which is dedicated to bringing attention to Raynaud’s, a disease that is somewhat still under the radar. The Raynaud’s & Scleroderma Association work throughout the year to highlight Raynaud’s but particularly in February as this is statistically the coldest month of the year where those who suffer with the disease need to take extra precautions to keep their extremities warm.

The Raynaud’s & Scleroderma Association (RSA) have launched a campaign called LOVEyourGLOVES to highlight the importance of protecting your extremities and wrapping up warm throughout the winter. They are asking their members to organise fun activities in aid of Raynaud’s Awareness Month in order to educate and help others to understand what Raynaud’s is.

They are even hosting a Heat Holders competition on their own Facebook page to give away some of our slipper socks to their members who will need their extremities protecting!
