This Monday the 12th of October all over the world people were taking action to raise awareness of rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases (RMDs) on World Arthritis Day. The day works to raise the profile of arthritis and help to improve the quality of life of people suffering from Arthritis related diseases.

Around 350 million people across the globe have Arthritis with 10 million of these living in the UK. Arthritis is the casual term used to refer to over 100 different conditions. Symptoms of Arthritis include mild, medium, and severe joint pain that can affect many areas of the body.
