ORDER AND DELIVERY INFORMATION/PROCESS

Heat Holders orders are posted from UK with the following delivery options:

UK Deliveries:

Royal Mail Tracked48 Free Delivery Delivery 3-5 working days
Royal Mail Tracked24 £1 Delivery 1-3 working days

 

Orders delivered to mainland England and Wales will also be able to choose from the following express options:

DHL Next Day £3 Orders placed before 2pm will be delivered next working day
Parcel Force 24 £3 Orders placed before 2pm will be delivered next working day
Parcel Force AM £5 Orders placed before 2pm will be delivered AM next working day

 

Working days are classed as Monday – Friday.

PLEASE NOTE - We do not have any postal collections over the weekend therefore orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will not be collected until Monday.

SMS and email tracking will come through showing your parcel is being delivered from Drew Brady Co Ltd T/A David James.

For deliveries outside the UK, please be aware of the import charges/taxes for your Country as you will be liable to pay any such charges.

Postage to EU countries will be charged £5.99.

All parcels being sent to EU countries will be processed using our IOSS number (Import One-Stop Shop). Therefore, the declaration of any collected tax will be made clear to Customs. This will enable a safe and quicker passage for your parcel.

PLEASE NOTE - The IOSS number is only valid for parcels UNDER EUR125.00 – If the price is over EUR125.00 you will be subject to border charges.

Postage to the Rest of the World will be charged £9.99.

We will not be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our control.

CANCELLATION POLICY

As we aspire to ship your goods as quickly as possible, it may be difficult to change your order, as it may have shipped before we have a chance to change it. Feel free to send us your request and we will try our best to apply any changes before shipping. In case we cannot make the change, you will then need to ship the socks back to us for an exchange or refund. Please follow instructions below. Socks must not have been removed from their packaging as for hygiene reasons we are then unable to exchange or provide a refund.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Christmas Returns: Please note, we've extended our usual returns period for Christmas, and purchases made can now be returned until 16th January.

We offer FREE returns from all UK addresses.

If you would like to return items, please follow the steps below.

  1. Create your return under the Order History section of your account, select the order number containing the item(s) you would like to return. If you do not have an account with us then please fill out our Returns Form instead.
  2. Complete the returns form at the bottom of your order page and click ‘Continue’
  3. You will then be directed to the Royal Mail website where you can to obtain your free trackable return label

Please remove all packaging carefully when trying it on and enclose all removed labels with your return. Returns should be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

If you choose not to use our prepaid label, we cannot reimburse you for the return postage.

Refunds are processed on receipt of returned goods and an email confirmation will be sent.

Please note, it may take 3-5 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

PLEASE NOTE – We do not offer free returns for parcels sent from addresses outside the UK.
