ORDER AND DELIVERY INFORMATION/PROCESS
Please Note – Though our parcels are posted by Royal Mail Tracked 24 this does not guarantee next day delivery and due to the current COVID restrictions, Royal Mail are experiencing delays with delivering parcels.
Though all UK parcels are posted by tracked post, the tracking number will not update until an attempt at delivery is made.
Once your order has been received you will be sent an automatic email to confirm the order has been placed.
Any order placed after 3pm will not be processed until the next working day. Our delivery method aim to process and dispatch items within 5 working days of receiving your order, unless the item is special order in which case it could take up to 15 working days. If for some reason your item will take longer than this, we will notify you by email. We send all parcels using either Royal Mail 1nd class or Royal Mail 1nd class Signed For service.
Heat Holders will provide free delivery within the UK.
We also offer delivery to EU countries and the prices are:
- Order within an EU country from £1 to £9.99 will be charged £1.99.
- Order within an EU country from £10 to £19.99 will be charged £2.99.
- Order within an EU country from £20 to £29.99 will be charged £3.99.
- Order within an EU country from £30 to £49.99 will be charged £4.99.
- Order within an EU country over £49.99 will be £5.99.
Please Note - All parcels are posted from the UK.
The Brexit transition period has ended and new rules on tax and duty now apply, please be aware of your Countries import charges as you will be liable to pay any such charges.
We will not be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our control. It is your responsibility to ensure there is a person to accept the delivery on the day specified. We will not be held responsible if the delivery was attempted and there was no one to receive the order.
As we aspire to ship your goods as quickly as possible, it may be difficult to change your order, as it may have shipped before we have a chance to change it. Feel free to send us your request and we will try our best to apply any changes before shipping. In case we cannot make the change, you will then need to ship the socks back to us for an exchange or refund. Please follow instructions below. Socks must not have been removed from their packaging as for hygiene reasons we are then unable to exchange or provide a refund.
We offer a straight forward returns process.
If you would like to return items you will need to download the Returns Form, complete and return it with your parcel.
If for some reason you are not able to download the form please include a covering note with your parcel.
Remember to include the Name the order was placed under, the Order Number and the Channel Reference, together with your wishes.
Please ensure items have not been removed from packaging, used or worn and return within 30 days of placing your order.
Please cut off the address label on the online form and attach to your parcel.

Also, we suggest you use a method which allows you to track the package in case we don’t receive it.
We will verify your return and credit the value of your purchase less any shipping costs to the method of your purchase. You will then get your money back.
