With the mission of competing at high levels, representing England with pride, the team are now taking their mission across the Atlantic…
The Black Bass World Championship 2026
From 27th September to 4th October, Team England will head to Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs, Arkansas for the 2026 Black Bass World Championship. With an Olympic Village-style setup bringing competing nations together, more than 5000 spectators are expected at the final arena weigh-in, making it the biggest international bass fishing event Team England has ever attended.
The championship will feature ESPN coverage, live broadcast scoring and big-screen sponsor graphics, placing competitive bass fishing firmly in the spotlight. This event is also part of a wider push to see bass fishing recognised as an Olympic sport. With Team England competing against the USA, with some of the biggest names in world bass fishing, it promises to be an unforgettable week.
Team England will be heading to Arkansas in their official competition jerseys, featuring a bold design and of course our very own Heat Holders logo proudly positioned on the upper chest; a prime position that places our partnership front and centre.
From Arkansas Heat to UK Cold Weather Fishing
Back home in the UK, anglers will soon be preparing for the colder months ahead as temperatures drop. Winter is a popular time for lure fishing, with unique species of fish becoming a target for anglers. But as fish often group together during the colder months, this can mean longer, more stationary sessions…and colder feet. When you’re spending long hours outdoors, we know that staying warm and comfortable can make all the difference when it comes to staying focused. For anglers, the cold can quickly make a fishing session less enjoyable, and as we are approaching the colder months, thermal socks and dependable cold-weather gear are a must-have.
Which is where we come in. Our thermal socks are designed to help keep feet warm and comfortable for when you’re spending more time outdoors. Pair these with some fingerless gloves to make sure your fingers are protected from the chill too.
Follow Team England Lure on Facebook and Instagram and TikTok to keep up with the team’s journey, from preparations here in the UK through to their arrival in Arkansas and throughout the Black Bass World Championship itself.
Let’s go Team England!
