Size: One size - 7½" / 19cm

To find your glove size, measure your right hand if you are right-handed or your left hand if you are left-handed. As shown in the below diagram, wrap a tape measure around your palm at the base of your knuckles to determine your size.

Machine Washable at 30°C. Heat Holders can be tumble dried but are happiest when line dried.

Very warm and cosy

These do seem to insulate my hands well (like many other reviewers, I'm also affected by Reynaud's). Several people have mentioned the fact that the mitten flap bit doesn't go over the fingers enough. It does feel a bit too short, but only mainly when i keep my fingers completely straight, which I never do (as I guess most people wouldn't either). Because the flap is small, it is really easy to flip off when needed (eg. when shopping). I would buy these again.
