They had a hole in on 1st night

These socks are wonderful, however on the 1st night of using them they had a hole about 2 inches wide.
So as much as I think Heat Holders are brill and the technology amazing, this pair really let me down sadly.

Are Heat Holders the warmest thermal socks in the world?

As far as we know and based on all the tests carried out so far, Heat Holders socks are indeed the warmest thermal socks in the world.

What is a TOG rating?

TOG (Thermal Overall Grade) is an independent laboratory-tested standard for insulation. The higher the TOG rating, the better the product is at keeping you warm. You’ll see TOG ratings applied to duvets and babywear, as well as thermal clothing like Heat Holders.

How warm are Heat Holders Original socks?

As far as we know and have ever tested, all three weights of Heat Holders socks (Original, Lite and Ultra Lite) are the warmest thermal socks in their respective weight/thickness categories.

Our Original socks have a TOG of 2.3, which is 7 x warmer than a basic cotton sock.

We also have our Original Wool socks, with a TOG of 2.7 and our Original Merino Wool socks, with a TOG of 2.9.
