Our Workforce socks are an evolution of our classic and warmest Original Heat Holders socks, engineered for unbeatable warmth and comfort at work.

To meet the demands of the toughest workplace, we’ve boosted protection and durability in the heel and toe, which usually see most impact and wear. We also use a special fibre blend and knitting structure for these elements, making them more resistant to abrasion (rubbing).

Decent socks should give lasting comfort

Purchased for cold weather.

Being a bus driver l needed something for cold feet during the cold spells, fortunately the weather has changed and l have not had to use them, they arrived really quick and look like they will do the job when required, l will not say roll on the cold weather.

Bought as Christmas present, Not delivered.

Super Warm & Comfy

Ordered two pairs after doing a bit of reading and research as we live in a big old and cold house. I tried some similarly branded ones from Amazon that claimed to be warmer and were cheaper than these but I can say without doubt that these ones are so much warmer! So I guess you get what you pay for and in future these will be my only choice of warm winter socks. My only plea is that these are too good just for work socks, please, please, please make some in some funky colours and patterns.

As far as we know and based on all the tests carried out so far, Heat Holders socks are indeed the warmest thermal socks in the world.

What is a TOG rating?

TOG (Thermal Overall Grade) is an independent laboratory-tested standard for insulation. The higher the TOG rating, the better the product is at keeping you warm. You’ll see TOG ratings applied to duvets and babywear, as well as thermal clothing like Heat Holders.

How warm are Heat Holders Original socks?

As far as we know and have ever tested, all three weights of Heat Holders socks (Original, Lite and Ultra Lite) are the warmest thermal socks in their respective weight/thickness categories.

Our Original socks have a TOG of 2.3, which is 7 x warmer than a basic cotton sock.

We also have our Original Wool socks, with a TOG of 2.7 and our Original Merino Wool socks, with a TOG of 2.9.
